Take to the great outdoors for your next team building day. Here at Extreme Adventure we have a large number of outdoor team building activities as well as a range of physical, mental individual and group challenges.
Team building activities are useful alongside serious business project meetings, where breakout activities help delegates to see things differently and use different thinking styles. When the day is finished and your teams stop to reflect on the day, they will realise there are people within their organisation who have skills that can be implemented within the workplace.

• High Ropes Challenge
The high ropes course is great for team building activities. They provide an exciting and fun set experience, which can also be used as a vehicle to explore the behaviour of individuals or groups. Whilst different elements obstacles work in different ways there is a strong and concurrent theme through all the elements; that of Trust, Communication & Empowerment. The course is progressive with challenges building upon each other to test the group in a wide variety of disciplines. The team not only have to think about the immediate challenge, but should prompt them to think longer term on how they approach subsequent challenges.
It’s not an assault course but it is physically and mentally challenging and fun – the ideal combination for bringing out the best in your people, whatever their age or ability. Working as a team to negotiate the course builds communication and leadership skills, motivation, determination, support and trust and gives every individual a sense of pride in their achievements. This activity can develop trust and communication within a team.

Team Adventure Challenge
The Team Adventure Challenge is a unique outdoor team building activity. The challenge is a team competition over 6 or more unique team building activities. The challenge is pre-determined by listening to what you want to achieve out of the project and how much time you want your employees to spend. We have plenty of unique team building ideas.
Our Challenge gives a competitive edge to the day as well as being a lot of fun with plenty of photograph opportunities

Extreme Adventure Team Challenge
Water Zorb Racing
Water Zorb Racing is hilarious fun and can be included into most team building days. It consists of an 8 x 6m pool and 4 Zorb Racers compete to get across the breadth of the pool and back to the start.
At the end of each race we can run a competition to see who can stand up in a Zorb the longest without falling over. It all happens very quickly and is really entertaining.
Water Zorb Racing is not only great fun for the competitors but also a real spectator sport. Watch your friends and work colleagues compete and create a splash!
This activity is perfect for Team Challenges or even just for a bit of fun.
